Natural foot shape soles of flexible leather provide toe and foot muscles freedom and stimulation, increasing proprioception. Results include improved balance, strength, and flexibility. Wearing these shoes may take some getting used to, but as foot muscles strengthen, wearing time can be extended. These shoes are very durable and don’t even mind getting damp, as long as they are allowed to dry completely.
